Yoga After a Long Day
As a scientist in the R&D center of an international corporation, I have first-hand experience on how much stressful daily life could be. I created this "Yoga After a Long Day" series to help "corporate athletes" like you and me cope with work stress and find peace at the end of the day.
When: Every Wednesday 5:30-6:30 PM (Central Time)
Where: Your own happy place - I'll see you on ZOOM.
Who: Everyone is invited! No experience required.
Investment: $6.5 per person per class
January - New Beginning
Happy new year! After the holidays and my relocation, I finally get ready to start our online yoga practice again!
We will start the new year with some stretches to warm up, just in case your body has become stiff over the holidays (wink wink), followed by sun salutations and variations to kick off 2021. Finally, we will meditate and set our intentions for the new year.
Week 1 (1/13): Stretching for the new beginning
Week 2 (1/20): Sun salutations
Week 3 (1/27): Guided meditation and intention setting for 2021


November - Digestive System
It's November! The season full of gratitude... and big meals... :) In these three weeks, we will use a combination of abdominal stretches, twists, and deep breathing to massage your intestinal organs. These poses will help you develop a more effective digestive system and alleviate some holiday stress!
Please note the time change - we decided to move our class time to 6:00-7:00 pm to accommodate more people.

October - Warrior Series
Warrior poses (Virabhadrasana) are commonly practiced by yogis at any level around the world because they are easily approachable and provide multiple benefits physically, mentally, and emotionally. We will spend 4 weeks on the basics, modifications, variations, as well as the background mythology of different Warrior poses to enrich your practice and fulfill your curiosity!
